P.E.A.C.E. Workshop

As we prepare for the 2nd Annual P.E.A.C.E. Workshop, Cognitive Justice is already listening to the voices of those registering to participate.

We asked registrants what community and public safety issues matter most to them. Their responses highlighted six important priorities:

1. Violence Prevention & Neighborhood Safety
2. Youth Development & Juvenile Justice
3. Mental Health, Trauma & Healing
4. Justice, Reentry & Institutional Accountability
5. Housing, Economic Opportunity & Neighborhood Conditions
6. Peacebuilding, Community Relationships & Participation

These responses reinforce why the P.E.A.C.E. Workshop matters. Community safety is about more than responding to violence. It requires addressing the conditions that contribute to harm, strengthening relationships, expanding opportunities, and bringing communities and institutions together.

We want you to be part of these conversations! Whether you are a resident, survivor, community leader, credible messenger, researcher, public safety professional, or someone committed to positive change, your voice and experience matter.
