Aisha provides leadership around quality and consistency in the office’s legal work, helping ensure that policies, procedures, hiring, and training reflect our core values and commitment to client-centered advocacy. She has spent her entire career in indigent defense and civil legal aid, most recently serving as Executive Director of Still She Rises and previously in leadership roles with the Nashville Defenders.
